Make a significant impact on children and become a Founding Member of the MELC Leadership Circle with a gift of $1,000 or more.
In our inaugural year, MELC’s goal is to raise $50,000. You can direct your gift to support the MELC Fund (MELC’s greatest need) or the Harwood Scholarship Fund.
MELC’s greatest needs are:
- Program Excellence – Ensuring that all programs consistently deliver the highest quality experiences to MELC children and meet the needs of their families.
- Professional Excellence – Cultivating a highly skilled and well-supported workforce of educators and administrators prepared to help all children succeed and their families thrive.
- Leadership – Being a recognized leader and advocate for quality programs among professionals, policymakers, funders, and the communities we serve.
- Stewardship – Becoming effective stewards of public and private investments in order to deliver on our mission.
Current Leadership Circle Projects
Narberth Center Social Emotional Curriculum
How your Leadership gift will make an impact:
$1,000 – Classroom resources to better manage challenging behaviors.
$1,500 – 10 hours of individualized teacher training and in-classroom support.
$2,500 – A complete classroom enhancement.
$5,000 – The purchase and installation of new playground equipment.
